We’ve built the world’s first “flight simulator for cyber defenders” that simulates live cyberattacks to help cyber teams prepare for the real ones. We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team and play an integral role in our growing company. As a Talent Recruiter, you will Lead the full-cycle recruiting processes. You'll focus on sourcing, attracting, and bringing the best talent to our growing team, providing an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes focusing on technical roles and global positions.
  • Source and interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks and creatively recruit top-notch candidates and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Be responsible for assessment processes, including conducting in-depth interviews.
  • Participate in meetings with hiring managers to determine position requirements for exacting the sourcing process.
  • Partner and work closely with our hiring managers and act as a consultant on talent issues.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to maintain an excellent candidate experience.
  • Contact and cooperate with external recruitment sources (educational institutions, associations, employment agencies, etc.).
Requirements
  • 3+ years Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar rolein the high-tech industrywith handlingglobal positions.
  • Assessment expert including conducting in-depth interviews.
  • Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Great ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
  • Creativity capabilities, as you will need to continuously come up with initiatives and ideas that will draw potential candidates.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of teamwork, high energy, highly motivated, and self-driven in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Familiarity with Comeet – an advantage.
