Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the Cyber Group Release Management lifecycle from end-to-end, which involves scheduling the release, coordinating between the teams and managing the deployment of the release as per the schedule
  • Manage the manual Cyber QA team that is incharge of the content and infrastructure testing
  • Be responsibe for desinging and implementing tests, debugging issues, performing root-cause analysis and defining corrective actions for the Cyber exercises.
  • Work alongside the Cyber Product and Cyber R&D teams to ensure content deliverables get to the customers on time,including the Hands-on Live-Fire exercises, Hands-on Labs, theoretical units and Cyber infrastructure & networks.
  • Conduct post-release reviews and gather feedback for process improvement
Requirements
  • Familiarity with the cybersecurity field, conceptsa and principles.
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
  • Team management skills
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and SW development lifecycle, and building release plans
  • Knowledge of traditional agile methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge in OS (Win orLinux) and networking - an advantage
